Administrative Assistant/Scheduler

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant/Scheduler to support our daily operations. This role is responsible for managing communications, scheduling appointments, and maintaining accurate customer records. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Answer incoming phone calls and respond to emails in a professional and timely manner. 
  • Schedule and confirm appointments with clients and team members. 
  • Input and maintain customer data accurately in company systems. 
  • Organize daily workflow by reviewing and routing correspondence. 
  • Collect and verify customer information to support service and scheduling needs. 
  • Provide general administrative support to ensure efficient office operations. 

Requirements: 

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and scheduling software. 
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. 
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data entry. 
  • Prior experience in an administrative or scheduling role is preferred. 

Monday – Friday

8:00am – 5:00pm
