Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant/Scheduler to support our daily operations. This role is responsible for managing communications, scheduling appointments, and maintaining accurate customer records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to emails in a professional and timely manner.
- Schedule and confirm appointments with clients and team members.
- Input and maintain customer data accurately in company systems.
- Organize daily workflow by reviewing and routing correspondence.
- Collect and verify customer information to support service and scheduling needs.
- Provide general administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and scheduling software.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data entry.
- Prior experience in an administrative or scheduling role is preferred.
