Job Title: General Production Worker(s)

Location: Robeson County, NC (Multiple Worksites)

Job Summary: We are seeking dependable and hardworking individuals for General Production roles in various facilities throughout Robeson County. These positions involve working in fast-paced environments, supporting daily production goals, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

· Operate machinery or equipment as directed

· Assemble, package, or sort products on a production line

· Perform quality checks to ensure product standards are met

· Maintain a clean and safe work area

· Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures

· Lift and move materials or finished products (up to 50 lbs regularly)

· Assist with other production-related tasks as needed

Requirements:

· High school diploma or equivalent preferred

· Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks

· Willingness to work flexible shifts, including overtime and weekends if required

· Reliable transportation to and from work

· Strong work ethic and ability to follow instructions

· Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience is a plus, but not required
