We are seeking a reliable and skilled Landscape Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in landscape maintenance and possess a strong understanding of gardening and tree care. This role requires physical labor and attention to detail to ensure our outdoor spaces are well-maintained and aesthetically pleasing.

Responsibilities:
– Perform tasks related to tree care, including pruning, trimming, and removal of dead or damaged branches.
– Use hand and power tools to maintain the landscape, such as mowers, edger’s, and pruning equipment.
– Assist with planting, transplanting, and digging holes for new plants and trees.
– Help with irrigation systems, including installation, maintenance, and repair.
– Maintain the overall appearance of the landscape, including mowing, trimming, and edging.
– Assist with fertilizing, mulching, and other tasks as needed to keep the landscape healthy and thriving.
– Use mechanical knowledge to operate various equipment, including lawn mowers, tractors, and other machinery.
– Follow instructions from supervisors and complete tasks in a timely and efficient manner.

Qualifications:
– Experience in a landscape or gardening environment is required.
– Familiarity with tree trimming and care techniques is a must.
– Ability to lift 50 pounds or more, and work in a physically demanding environment.
– Knowledge of mechanical equipment and ability to operate them safely.
– Experience with irrigation systems is preferred.
– Basic understanding of gardening practices and techniques.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
– Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
– Ability to maintain a positive and professional attitude in a fast-paced environment.

Must pass criminal background check and drug testing.
