Job Title: Maintenance Technician (Pembroke, NC) 

Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role is responsible for performing general maintenance tasks to ensure our facilities remain safe, functional, and in good condition. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Perform general painting and touch-ups as needed throughout the facility. 
  • Replace light bulbs and maintain proper lighting. 
  • Patch and repair holes or damage in drywall. 
  • Safely lift and move items weighing up to 100 lbs periodically. 
  • Perform other maintenance duties as assigned to support overall operations. 

Requirements: 

  • High school diploma or equivalent required. 
  • Valid driver’s license required. 
  • Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods. 
  • Basic knowledge of general repair and maintenance procedures. 
  • Ability to work independently and follow instructions. 
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety. 

Monday – Friday

7:30am – 4:30pm
