Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Mobile Home Salesperson to join our team in Lumberton, NC. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a drive to help customers find the right mobile home to meet their needs. This position involves managing the full sales process, from greeting potential buyers to closing deals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Show available mobile homes and explain features, pricing, and financing options
- Follow up with leads, answer inquiries by phone, email, or in person
- Complete sales contracts and process paperwork accurately
- Maintain a strong understanding of available inventory and current promotions
- Coordinate with lenders and insurance providers to assist buyers
- Update customer information and sales activity in the company system
- Maintain the appearance of the sales lot and model homes
- Meet or exceed monthly sales goals
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Prior sales experience preferred (real estate or mobile home sales is a plus)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed
- Ability to work weekends and some evenings as needed
- Basic computer skills for managing records and communication
