Salesperson

Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Mobile Home Salesperson to join our team in Lumberton, NC. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a drive to help customers find the right mobile home to meet their needs. This position involves managing the full sales process, from greeting potential buyers to closing deals. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner 

• Show available mobile homes and explain features, pricing, and financing options 

• Follow up with leads, answer inquiries by phone, email, or in person 

• Complete sales contracts and process paperwork accurately 

• Maintain a strong understanding of available inventory and current promotions 

• Coordinate with lenders and insurance providers to assist buyers 

• Update customer information and sales activity in the company system 

• Maintain the appearance of the sales lot and model homes 

• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals 

Requirements: 

• High school diploma or equivalent required 

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation 

• Prior sales experience preferred (real estate or mobile home sales is a plus) 

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 

• Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed 

• Ability to work weekends and some evenings as needed 

• Basic computer skills for managing records and communication
