What Two Hawk Employment Services Is Doing About COVID-19

Two Hawk Employment Services’ focus continues to be on the health and safety of our employees, our staff, and our communities.

Safety Precautions:

  • Face masks are required inside all office locations
    • Mask of your choice
  • Frequent hand washing and sanitizing
    • Washing your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds especially before and after contact with employees; before eating; and after using the restroom, blowing your nose, coughing, or sneezing
    • If soap and water are not readily available, using a hand sanitizer that contains at least 60% alcohol
  • All persons entering office will have temperature checked
    • If the temperature is 100 degrees or higher, the individual will be asked to come back after 14 days (about 2 weeks)
  • Socially distant applicant procedures
    • Interviews
    • Drug Tests
    • Orientation sessions
  • Office cleaning and disinfecting
    • Cleaning and disinfecting frequently touched objects and surfaces using a regular household cleaning spray or wipes (i.e., cell phones, pens, desk phones, keyboards, remote controls, countertops, refrigerator, and door handles, etc.)
  • Stay home if you are sick
    • Symptoms of COVID-19 can include a fever of 100.4 or higher, coughing/sneezing, shortness of breath.
  • Avoiding contact with your face – touching your eyes, nose, and mouth, especially with unwashed hands
  • Avoid handshaking
  • Gloves are available

Practicing the 3 W's:

  • Wear a mask in all indoor public settings
  • Wait 6 feet apart in all public settings
  • Wash and sanitize your hands often
