Two Hawk Employment Services is a minority-owned business and was founded in 1999 with a goal of providing a higher standard of staffing services to businesses, a passion for connecting people with growth opportunities and improving the communities where we do business. Over the past 23+ years, we have provided key staffing services to businesses and industries throughout North Carolina and across the United States. Our portfolio of services includes temp-to-hire, large scale contingent staffing, contract talent search/placement, and direct hire solutions.
In 2014, we added our Workforce Services division as a progression of our mission to improve talent pipelines in communities and foster a better prepared workforce for business and industry. We partner with multiple Workforce Development Boards in North Carolina to provide training services, work-based learning opportunities, employment and Career Center management through the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA).
Throughout our years of operation, we have grown to provide greater service offerings to our customers on multiple levels. We have continued to supply progressive staffing solutions to a growing, diverse, and complex customer base.
